This Privacy Policy describes how Myriad Technology Labs (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information when you visit Myriad Technology Labs's website at www.myriadtechgroup.com (the “Site”). This is a draft for launch readiness and is not legal advice.
Who we are

Information you provide
When you use the contact form on the Site, your browser opens your email client with a pre-filled message. The information you type (name, email, company, and message) is not stored on our servers by the Site. It is only sent if you send the email from your own mail application.
If you email us directly, we receive whatever you choose to include in that message and may keep it to respond to your inquiry.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (GA4) only if you accept analytics cookies via our cookie banner. Until you accept, we do not load Google Analytics scripts.
If you accept, Google may set cookies such as `_ga` and `_ga_*` to measure how visitors use the Site (pages viewed, approximate location, device/browser type). You can withdraw consent at any time using “Cookie settings” in the site footer.
If you reject analytics cookies, we do not load GA4 and we do not set those analytics cookies for measurement.

How we use information
We use contact information you send us to respond to project inquiries and operate our business. We use analytics data (only with consent) to understand Site performance and improve the Site.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Analytics data may be processed by Google as described in Google’s privacy documentation when GA4 is enabled with your consent. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights.
Retention
Emails you send us are retained as long as needed to handle your request and for ordinary business records. Analytics data is retained according to our GA4 property settings.
Your choices
You may accept or reject analytics cookies via the cookie banner, and change that choice later through “Cookie settings” in the footer. You may also contact us at the email above to ask questions about this policy.
Children
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will change when we do. Continued use of the Site after changes means you acknowledge the updated policy.
